The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. It is a stone's throw away from the Abba Museum and other popular tourist spots. The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom equipped with a rain shower. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Some parts of the hotel could use some renovation to give it a more modern and updated look.

The grand breakfast room, with its beautiful views, added to the overall experience. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring as there were tram and ferry stops nearby, providing easy access to the city. Whether I wanted to visit the city's attractions or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the quays, everything was conveniently within reach.

Great location with attractions nearby, including a zoo, amusement park, and museums. Convenient transportation options, with trams and tour buses stopping right in front. The hotel grounds are beautiful and kid-friendly, with lounge chairs and outdoor play areas. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, even offering to open the playroom for us during odd hours. The lobby area had a snack bar and coffee bar, convenient for late-night cravings.
The rooms are very small, making movement difficult when the pull-out sofa is in use. There is limited shelf space and no storage for luggage, requiring rearranging of furniture.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it! This place is in a great location, on a small hill and only a short distance from various attractions. The service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They even made arrangements for our early check-out by calling a cab and preparing a lunch bag. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern with great amenities like air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The dining hall is beautiful, and breakfast is delicious with hot and cold foods and lots of options.
